The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has reversed a decision to required taxpayers to provide facial recognition data through a third party vendor to access some tax services. Nemont Manor has been purchased by Silver Tree Residential, LLC, of Memphis Tennessee. Nemont Manor, located at 1100 4th Ave. S., in Glasgow, mostly serves seniors 62 and older of Valley County. During their regular meeting Jan. 26, the Valley County Commissioners threw a much needed lifeline to Valley View Home of Glasgow, a licensed 96-bed nursing home facility. Firefighters early Sunday morning responded to reports of a house fire on Meadow Court Cul-de-Sac. Upon entering the home, the firefighters found a smoldering chair.
