The rape trial of disgraced ex-Valley County Undersheriff Luke Strommen has been delayed after the judge in the case granted the defense a continuance for an unknown period of time. A northeast Montana man was sentenced Feb. 28 in District Court to 100 years in prison with 60 suspended for the crime of incest. He will also be required to register as a level two sex offender, complete sex offender treatment and will not be eligible for parole for 10 years.
