The Mill brought back home bragging rights winning the $1,000 cash prize at the 52nd Annual John Hahn Memorial Men's Softball Tournament in Fort Peck, June 5 through June 7.
Twelve teams from all across the state, including Billings, Miles City, Sidney, Wolf Point and Malta, joined a few teams from Glasgow this past weekend, June 5 through June 7, to participate in the 52nd Annual John Hahn Memorial Men's Softball Tournament in Fort Peck. The softball players battled it out in a total of 22 games across the three day tournament, with the last game played on Sunday afternoon.
The Mill, from Sidney/Billings, came out victorious for the third year in a row, defeating JMC Partnership, of Billings, 16 to 5 in the first championship game, bringing home the $1,000 cash prize. Members of The Mill also brought home bragging rights to Brett Colebank, from Billings, who was crowned Home Run Derby Champion, Oshon OldMouse, from Billings, who was the Offensive MVP and Mat Staskiewicz, from Billings, who was the Defensive MVP.
Glasgow's own Scottie Express Wash came in third with H&R Construction, from Sidney, coming in fourth place.
