$7.57M In Improvements Proposed For Glasgow Water Treatment Plant

A public hearing at the city council meeting on Monday, April 7, focused on proposed improvements at the Glasgow Water Treatment Plant. The costs added up to nearly $7.6 million. While some components of the water treatment plant may be able to hold up, others are nearing the end of their useful life. Some components are from the original plant built in 1966.

It's a big number, maybe a tough one to swallow. The number is an estimated $7,566,100. That is what Morrison-Mairle Inc. proposed for all the improvements at the water treatment plant (WTP) in Glasgow.
