Scottie Football Camps Upcoming

The Glasgow High School football staff will be putting on two football camps in July to include high school, middle school and the youth football age group (3rd-6th grades). The first camp is for the high school and middle school programs.

The high school camp will run from Friday, July 19, to Monday, July 22, while the middle school will participate in conjunction with the first two days of the high-school camp (July 19-20). The high-school/middle-school camp will run from 7 – 9:15 p.m. Limited contact will occur and will require shoulder pads and helmets. Equipment will be checked out prior to camp, with more details available soon.

The second camp will be provided for the youth football participants (grades 3rd-6th) in the evenings of Tuesday, July 23, and Wednesday, July 24. This camp will be focused on learning all the different positions, participating in drills for each position, agility competitions and punt-pass-kick and some flag football scrimmages. The youth camp will run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. No equipment or pads will be used.

The staff of coaches assisting in the camps provides tremendous college football experience from Montana State, University of Montana, Pittsburgh State (Kansas), Montana Tech, Rocky Mountain and Dickinson State. In addition, five of the coaches were on state championship football teams in three different states (Oklahoma, Minnesota, Montana) and from four separate high schools.

A fee for each camp is required. A discount will be provided for each family member participant after the first attendee.

Both camps will be conducted at the Glasgow High School football field.

* Participants are required to bring their own water bottles

* Participants should attend camp in shorts, T-shirts, with tennis shoes or cleats

*T-shirts will be provided for all camp attendees.
