Michelle Bigelbach / The Courier The poplar Theatre for Young Audience (TYA) performance tour of The Country Mouse and the City Mouse kicked off at the Glasgow City-County Library on July 12. The play, written by Fort Peck Summer Theatre Artistic Director Andy Meyers and produced in partnership with emerging company AM Theatrical, brought people of all ages out for some summer entertainment. Their next step was the Phillips County Museum in Malta, followed by the Sheridan Library in Plentywood, The Rex Theatre in Scobey and the Fort Peck Interpretive Center. The last stop was on July 8 at the Winnett School gymnasium. Though geared towards children, the performance engaged all ages while also encouraging and fostering the love for the theatre.
