Mann Signs with Rocky

Glasgow graduate Alexys Mann has signed with Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Mont., to play basketball. The 2021 graduate will be playing point guard and shooting guard as a Battlin Bear. Mann told the Courier she will be bringing lots of energy and leadership skills to her new team. She chose Rocky because, "I like the location of campus and the coach is super nice and seems quite knowledgeable."

She is most looking forward to playing with a new group of girls at the next level as she works to improve her skills has a basketball player. Even as she looks to move to the next level, Mann will miss her time as in Glasgow. "What I am going to miss most about being a Scottie is the traditions and hearing the school song as we leave the locker room to warm up," she said. "My all-time favorite memory of playing basketball in Glasgow was just beating Malta after a few years span."

Mann will be majoring in business accounting with a plan to move into real estate in the future.
