The team defeated the Garfield County (Jordan) Lady Mustangs 60-17 on Friday, Dec. 1, and the Melstone Lady Broncs 46-27 on Saturday, Dec. 2.     The Scottie girls basketball team lost 47-40 in their season opener on the road against the Class A Glendive Red Devils. Glasgow trailed 12-3 after one quarter but closed the gap to 16-12 by the half. Glendive outscored Glasgow 18-15 in the third while both teams put up 13 in the final quarter.     Glasgow’s boys basketball team fell in their season opener, dropping a 54-48 contest to the Class A Red Devils in Glendive Dec. 1. The Scotties fell behind 19-9 at the end of one and trailed 38-23 at the half. Glasgow battled back in the second half, outscoring Glendive 15-8 in the third and 10-8 in the fourth quarter.     The Scottie boys wrestling team started the season with a 13th place showing out of 24 schools at the Sidney Eagle Invitational, held Dec. 1 and 2.     The Glasgow Ice Dawgs split their four games at the Sidney Tournament this past week. Glasgow beat Minot 4-3, loss 7-1 to Langdon, downed Watford City 8-2, and lost 2-5 to Sidney.
