Frazer Invitational Since we were working on training thru this and using it more as a workout session, I thought it was a pretty good day. We were hoping to run a bit as a pack in Frazer but the start was so congested, the girls broke apart pretty early. I thought for the most part we ran pretty well; Kheyerah Bilger had a personal best and ran 3:40 better than last year in Frazer.
