Joely Chappell moves past a defender during the Scotties' 40-35 victory over the Fairview Warriors on the road Feb. 10. Chappell scored 23 points in the win over the Warriors, leading all scorers. The Scottie sophomore also led all scorers in the previous night's win over Harlem with 20 points.
The Glasgow girls basketball team closed out the regular season with a pair of wins, improving their record to 6-4, 10-8 overall. The Scotties beat the Harlem Wildcats 53-39 Feb. 9, and defeated the Fairview Warriors 40-35 the following night.
