Glasgow Chamber's 2023 Holiday Campaigns A Success

The Glasgow Area Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture had a very successful holiday season with its Chamber Big Bucks and Local Little Christmas Campaign, despite not having the Community Cash Program.

The Chamber of Commerce Big Bucks program was very successful. From Oct. 1, through Dec. 31, 2023, alone, $20,615 of Chamber Big Bucks was purchased from the Chamber Office. The 2023 year total for the Big Bucks program was $48,215.

The Local Little Christmas Campaign was also very successful this year with a total of $164,500 of receipts turned in from Nov. 15 through Dec. 31, 2023.

With both programs $185,115 was spent locally during the 2023 Holiday season in Glasgow.

This year’s winners of the Local Little Christmas Campaign totaling $3,200 worth of prizes included:

First Place: Dede Skolrud, $400 gift certificates & $350 Chamber Big Bucks

Second Place: Ailene Olk, $375 gift certificates & $150 Chamber Big Bucks Third Place: Sarah Fauth, $325 gift certificates & $50 Chamber Big Bucks

Fourth Place: Janae Simpson, $300 gift certificates

Fifth Place: Kathy Bell, $225 gift certificates

Sixth Place: Sandy Maczka, $200 gift certificates

Seventh Place: Karen Fauth, $175 gift certificates

Eighth Place: Eric and Jamie Seyfert, $150 gift certificates Ninth Place: Don Elletson, $150 gift certificates 10th Place Robert Barstad, $125 gift certificates

11th Place Maureen Piersak, $125 gift certificates

12th Place Sue Kinzell , $100 gift certificates
