• The Colbrese Red Ball Golf Tournament was held with a total of 17 teams signed up this year. Lake Kloker, Alec Boland, Alex Schriver and Gerti Johnson took home first net with a score of 90.16 for $1,400.

• Coach Darrell Heuth made an appearance at the Glasgow Scotties' first home game of the season, where he was recognized for his contributions to the foundations of the athletic programs at Glasgow High School.

• Teresa Heil, a K-12 visual arts teacher at Frazer Public Schools becomes finalist for Montana Teacher of the Year.

• Zachary Pierce was presented the first annual Emitt Northup Achievement Award at the 2023 Fort Peck Summer Theater Camp Showcase.

• Glasgow High School 2023 Valedictorian Lane Thompson and Salutatorian Riley Smith

• FMDH's Vice President of Strategic Programs Erin Aune traveled to Washington, D.C. to talk about improving health care access in rural communities as well as obstacles and opportunities.

• Glasgow's Benji Phillips ended his collegiate track and field career at NDSU earning second team All-American honors, the second of his career. He also ended his career at number two in NDSU history for the javelin.

• Glasgow Kiwanis Swim Team will not let the lack of pool slow them down. The team has made arrangements to practice at the pool in Wolf Point and the Dredge Cuts.

• Sheriff Boyer, providing the Oath of Office with Brien Gault's family present, swore in Gault as a Deputy for the Valley County Sheriff's Office. He will be a part-time deputy.

• Glasgow School District Provides Three Percent Raises to classified staff and administration

• Montana Community Foundation and Nemont Manor Foundation awards grants to 10 local organizations that benefit the Valley County community.
