GPD's Norman Dick Promoted To Sergeant

Michelle Bigelbach / The Courier During the regular City Council meeting on Sept. 11, Mayor Rod Karst (r) performed an oath of office on Glasgow Police Officer Norman Dick (l) as effective Sept. 12, Dick was promoted to Sergeant. "Norman's done a great job for the department. He's filling vital roles, the first line supervisor that we need, so it's time he's recognized for that. He's really stepped up and helped out a lot when we needed it," stated Chief of Police Robert Weber.
