Legendary Coach Makes First Football Home Game Of Season

Coach Darrell Heuth made an appearance at the Glasgow Scotties' first home game of the season, where he was recognized for his contributions to the foundations of the athletic programs at Glasgow High School. This was his first home Scottie football game in 57 years, since he was the head coach of the program.

Coach Heuth was the head coach for the football program from 1960 to 1966 and led the program to back to back undefeated seasons in 1965 and 1966. He also was the Scottie wrestling coach from 1961 to 1967 where he led the team to three Eastern A and three State Class A Championships, 1963, 1964 and 1966.
