Male Arrested After Incident On Glasgow's South Side

On Aug. 6, at around 03:05 a.m., officers with the Glasgow Police Department responded to a residence on the south side of town upon receiving a report of an assault.

Once officers arrived, the caller stated that the suspect, a male, had strangled his mother during an altercation.

After completing the investigation, he was placed under arrest and remanded to the Valley County Detention Center for Partner/Family Member Assault and Strangulation of a Partner Family Member.
