Lillian Baumgartner (l) and MacKenzie Bigelbach (r), members of Girl Scout Troop 2280, participated in the first day of Valley County Clean Up with their fellow Girl Scouts on April 17. The girls started at Irle Elementary then worked their way up to the surrounding streets and Bundy Park. Valley County Clean Up Week is an all week event, sponsored by Two Rivers Economic Growth. Supplies, including gloves and bags as well as a map of potential areas to enhance, can be picked up at the Two Rivers/Glasgow Chamber office, 54147 US Highway 2, Glasgow. Amazing prizes are also available for those who return the map with the community area completed or by submitting before and after photos to [email protected]. Maps and/or photos must be turned in by Monday, April 24 to be eligible.
