Kathleen “Kathy” Foster, 73, of Roundup, Mont., passed away Sunday, Feb. 19, 2023.

A Celebration of Her Life will take place 2 p.m., Saturday, March 25, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Glasgow, Mont.
