The Valley County Pioneer Museum hours are Wednesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Nemont Manor has activities scheduled throughout the month for the entire community as well as the residents of Nemont Manor. If you would like a calendar, please contact 406-228-4306 or e-mail [email protected] and they will mail one to you. Events are also listed below.

Through the winter, people can coordinate with staff to visit weekdays at the Fort Peck Interpretive Center by prior appointment only. Call the Interpretive Center at 406-526-3493.

Wednesday, Nov. 30

12:30 – 6 p.m. - Red Cross Blood Donation at Hinsdale Legion hall. Simply download the American Red Cross Blood Donor App, visit RedCrossBlood.org, call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) or enable the Blood Donor Skill on any Alexa Echo device to make an appointment or for more information.

10th Annual Class C Showcase at Glasgow High School Gymnasium

Friday, Dec. 2

7 a.m. - 4 p.m. - Block of Bucks Collection Day. Volunteers will be at the Post Office intersection as well as the D& G intersection.

10 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Independence Bank Glasgow Branch Christmas Open House. Celebrate with IB with homemade cookies, coffee and Christmas spirit.

6 p.m. - Elks Brisket Feed Fundraiser This event will be held to raise money for building remodel efforts at the Elks. There will be silent auction items, gift certificate raffles and a 50/50 drawing.

Saturday, Dec. 3

“A Candyland Christmas”

1-3 p.m. – Valley Cinemas Matinee Trolls World Tour

1:30 p.m. – Santa arrives in Glasgow escorted by the Glasgow Fire Department

1:45 p.m. – Santa visits downtown businesses along with Reynolds and Albertsons

2 p.m. - Middle of Nowhere Polar Plunge at the Glasgow Civic Center, 31 3rd St. S. This event will benefit Special Olympics Montana.

2:30 p.m. – 5 p.m. – Santa visits Pehlke’s Furniture – there will be no professional photographer

5:30 p.m. – Tree Lighting Ceremony and Caroling

6 p.m. – Parade of Lights. Parade lineup will start behind FMDH and go down 1st Ave. S., 2nd Ave. S. and in front of Prairie Ridge, then back to FMDH.

Tuesday, Dec. 6

10 a.m. - Noon – Let’s Talk About Tourism in Missouri River Country – Town Hall meeting at the Valley County Pioneer Museum, 54109 US Highway 2, Glasgow.

6 p.m. - Bell Mortuary Christmas Remembrance Service. Join us at the Mortuary, 701 2nd Ave. S., Glasgow, for snacks and the service or tune in to watch on our Facebook page.

Saturday, Dec. 10

9 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Mental Health First Aid Training at Glasgow Evangelical Church.

1 p.m. - Edward Jones is hosting a playing of The Polar Express at Valley Cinemas.

Sunday, Dec. 11

4 – 7 p.m. – Annual Nativity Display at the Glasgow Ward meetinghouse of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 15 Airport Road.
