Angel Nelligan runs the 53rd Annual Frazer Invitational Oct. 4. Nelligan heads to her first state cross country meet this Saturday, Oct. 22, after finishing the regular season with a personal record time of 25:50.0 at the Harlem Invitational Oct. 14.
