Angel Nelligan runs the 53rd Annual Frazer Invitational Oct. 4. Nelligan heads to her first state cross country meet this Saturday, Oct. 22, after finishing the regular season with a personal record time of 25:50.0 at the Harlem Invitational Oct. 14.

Alyssa Toce Blount led the girls team with her 21st place finish. She ran a 25:18.5. Angel Nelligan took 24th place with a personal best time of 25:50.0. Kalianna Toce Blount ran a 29:23.1 for 32nd place.
Cassius Smoker led the boys team with a 45th place finish and a time of 26:22.1. Ty Fourstar was right behind him in 46th place and a time of 26:33.3. Christopher Fox ran a 31:05.9 for 49th place followed by Joseph Beston in 50th at 31:15.7.
The Bearcubs will be sending six runners to the MHSA State XC Championships in Missoula this Saturday, Oct. 22. Smoker and Fourstar will run in the Class C boys race while A. Toce Blount, K. Toce Blount, Nelligan and Shakira Beston will represent Frazer in the Class C girls event. The girls run at 1:45 p.m. followed by the boys at 2:50 p.m. at the U of M Golf Course.
