Michelle Bigelbach / The Courier The Valley County CARE Coalition hosted their annual Mental Health Awareness Walk on June 30 to show support for those struggling with mental health and to spread awareness within the community. The event started at the Valley Event Center with Johanna Vasseur, owner/manager of Toodie's Cafe and intern at Eastern Montana Community Mental Health, sharing her personal story with mental health. The walk then led off with Lyndsey Palmer (l) and Sarah Schmidt (r) where people of all ages walked from the Event Center to Hoyt Park where a community barbecue was held.
