From 'A' to 'V' Armadillo to Vulture

Zoo Montana's Executive Director Jeff Ewelt, along with a rose haired tarantula, a boa constrictor, an armadillo and a turkey vulture, made the trek from Billings on April 20 to visit Glasgow. Their first stop was Irle School where the kindergarten through fifth-graders were able to learn about these animals. Even Little Scholars Preschool was able to join in on the fun at Irle.

Later in the evening, they made a stop at the Children's Museum, where kids of all ages were able to join their families in the experience. In a standing-room only event, everyone had the opportunity to pet the snake and the armadillo.

The events were made possible by the Glasgow High School STUCO students and the community who purchased during the Krispy Kreme doughnut fundraiser.
