Johnnie F. Bell, age 90, passed away at home with her daughter on Oct. 7, 2021 in Nampa, Idaho.

Born April 2, 1931 in Groveton, Texas, she was the 11th child of James C. Spencer (October 19, 1886-February 15, 1966) and Emma Lou Hollis (June 3, 1892-July 4,1931).

She was raised and schooled at the State Orphan's Home in Corsicana, TX from 1936 to 1948.

She married Richard J. Allen in 1948 and was divorced in 1967. She was married to Gordon W. Leraas of Nashua, MT from 1967 and divorced 1976.

She was then married to Dorman Bell of Nashua, MT in 1976 until his death in Feb 1996.

They managed the Campbell Lodge Motel in Glasgow, Mt for 12 years before retiring to Nashua, MT where she was active in the Senior Citizens Center.

In 2005 she moved in with her daughter and ended up in Nampa, ID.

She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Y. Davis, of Nampa, ID and three sons – Jim S. Allen of St. George, UT; Jay S. Allen of Nashua, MT; and David E. Leraas of Nashua, MT. She is also survived by four grandsons, four great-grand daughters and two great-grand sons, and six great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jerry B. Allen and all her siblings.

A celebration of life will be held in Nampa, ID on Oct. 17.
