The Glasgow Soroptomists announced the annual Block of Bucks collection day on Friday, Dec. 7. The annual program provides clothing for Valley County children from infant to 17 years of age. Parents may sign up at the Office of Public Assistance, located at 630 2nd Avenue South, Suite C, Glasgow. It is in the same building as the Social Security office. Sign up begins Monday, Nov. 12, and continues through Monday, Nov. 26, at 5 p.m. Parents must sign up in person. Calls will not be accepted. No applications will be accepted after Monday, Nov....
