Simple salad of chopped English cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, minced shallot, fresh torn basil, fresh torn French tarragon, chopped avocado with a bit of lemon juice to prevent browning, freshly ground pepper, and drizzled with EVOO & balsamic vinegar.
