The Valley County Pioneer Museum is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday.

Nemont Manor has activities scheduled throughout the month for the entire community as well as the residents of Nemont Manor. If you would like a calendar, please contact 406-228-4306 or e-mail [email protected] and they will mail one to you. Events are also listed below.

Nashua Lions Roller Skating has started for the winter! Come have fun on Sundays from 1 to 3 p.m., each Sunday until March at the Nashua Civic Center. Cost is $ 2, which includes skate rental. Drinks and popcorn are $1 each.

Through the winter, people can coordinate with staff to visit weekdays at the Fort Peck Interpretive Center by prior appointment only. Call the Interpretive Center at 406-526-3493.

Friday, Feb. 3

8 a.m. - Coffee and donuts at Nemont Manor. Open to the community!

5 p.m. or 7 p.m. - A Taste of Portugal Special Fundraiser Dinner For World Youth Day at St. Raphael Parish Center. Tickets are available by contacting St. Raphael’s Glasgow or Kim at 228-9800.

Saturday, Feb. 4

9 a.m. - 4 p.m. - Childbirth Preparation Class. Please register at least one week in advance by contacting 406-288-3522.

11 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Registration for the Glasgow Area Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture 25th Annual Ice Fishing Derby at the Fishing Access Site – The Dredge Cuts Trout Pond. Fishing is from noon to 3 p.m. with cash and prizes awarded at the Gateway Club, Fort Peck, at 4 p.m.

Monday, Feb. 6

5 p.m. - City of Glasgow Council Regular Council Meeting in the Council Chambers inside of the Civic Center.

Tuesday, Feb. 7

10 a.m. - 3 p.m. - OB/Newborn Pre-registration at the FMDH Nurses’ Station. No appointment necessary.

12:30 p..m. - Treat Day provided by Nemont Staff – Open to the Community!

5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. - OB/Newborn Pre-registration at the FMDH Nurses’ Station. No appointment necessary.

6 p.m. - Community Bingo at the Nemont Manor Community Room. All are welcome!

7 p.m. - Northeastern Arts Network presents A Band Called Honalee at the Glasgow High School.

Wednesday, Feb. 8

Free Hearing Clinic, by appointment only, at the Court St. Building, 334 W. Court Street, Glasgow. Call 888-698-5480 to make an appointment.

11 a.m. - Chair Exercises at Nemont Manor exercise room downstairs. All are welcome!

Noon - The Valley County Transit Board will meet at the Valley County Transit office, 213 9th Street S. If you wish to participate by phone, call 571-748-4021 and enter pin 2672541#

1-4 p.m. - Veteran Service Officers will be at the Glasgow VA Clinic. Please bring a copy of your discharge paperwork (DD214).
