For the week of Nov. 21 through 27, there were seven motor vehicle stops, four reports of loose dogs and one report of a missing dog.

For the week of Nov. 28 through Dec. 4, there were five motor vehicle stops, one report of loose livestock and one report of a barking dog.

Saturday, Nov. 19

1754 – Reporting party stated that at about 1708 a black truck drove off without paying $114.91. The caller stated she got a partial plate and recognized they were hunters. They are headed to the Fort Peck area from the store. She stated the driver and passenger stayed in the vehicle but the third person went into the store, and bought a Gatorade. She has that person on video surveillance but not the other two. A deputy was notified. At 1802, a deputy advised the possible vehicle is located. They were on the phone but will pay for the gas now.

2312 – Suspect took off from a bar, peeling out and going to give a chase. At 1233, officer located him at another bar.

Sunday, Nov. 20

0214 – Caller stated a female is out of control, throwing her stuff out the door and throwing everyone out. She does it every night. Dispatch advised there was a lot of yelling going on in the background. At 0221, an officer detained the female in her car. At 0230, the female was released back into the house and was warned if she continues to be disorderly, she will go back to jail. At 0329, the original caller stated the female is still going off and would like an officer to come back. At 0400, a BAC of 0.200 was recorded for the female.

Monday, Nov. 21

1219 – Reporting party called in about 10 minutes ago that a white truck came up on the sidewalk where they were walking and almost hit him. He stated the driver flipped him off. He could not provide a plate number or describe the driver. The information was passed along to an officer.

1404 – RCSO dispatch called to request a deputy to respond and assist Tribal officers. It was reported by Housing Authority that an individual is residing in a boarded up house where he is not to be. Deputy was notified. At 1559, deputy advised scene is all clear and another deputy will remain on scene until they get the house boarded back up.

1543 – Phillips County dispatch advised they received a call about a red truck going through Saco at a high rate of speed. They do not have an officers in the area. However VC deputies are busy with a high priority call in Frazer but a deputy was advised by phone. It was asked of Phillips County to make MHP aware of the call, and an officer was also notified by radio in case the vehicle made it to Glasgow.

Tuesday, Nov. 22

0531 – Reporting party called stating he hit a deer. There are no injuries but the vehicle is not drivable and is leaking liquids. A deputy was notified and the next rotational wrecker was requested. DOT was also notified regarding the deer.

0913 – Deputy advised a monument of a wooden cross has clothing on it. He also advised he spoke to a male about this and he was notified the scene was documented and to provide information if anything else suspicious happens.

1029 – Reporting party called in to report a structure fire at the dump. It was advised the landfill is burning trees and will burn for probably seven to 10 days.

1239 – Reporting party advised someone just hit the back of one of the transit vans. There are no injuries. At 1247, a male called in wanting to give a statement on the accident.

1601 – An officer is out with a vehicle stuck in the ditch.

1611 – Reporting party advised he picked up a blue topper from a pick up at the location. It is off the road now and not a hazard.

1725 – Caller reported that her husband, son and their friend were hunting. She said her husband sent her a text message at 1339 stating they were tuck in the snow. She's not able to reach anyone of them on their cell phones. She didn't have their coordinates but directions were provided on their possible location. At 1736, deputy received a call from the reporting party stating the hunters are on the move on and they should be fine.

1911 – Caller reported that he hit a deer about 3-4 miles east of Nashua on US 2. He's not injured and the deer has been dispatched. He is out of the driving lane and his vehicle is no longer drivable. A deputy was advised who requested the call be given to Highway Patrol.

1952 – Richland County Sheriff's office called to ask if a vehicle was reported missing recently by an individual. The dispatcher stated the reporting party found the vehicle at a residence in Sidney and RCSO is sending an officer to look at the vehicle.

2119 – Caller reported a dead deer that's laying in the middle of the road. The mile marker is unknown. DOT Glendive office was notified.

Wednesday, Nov. 23

1039 – Reporting party advised an older gentleman just backed into his vehicle and busted a headlight. A description of the vehicles were provided and there are no injuries.

1302 – Reporting party called in stating they need an officer. It was stated there are people just parking in the middle of the street so another person couldn't drive by. She also stated she is parked on a side street so if her kids come out she wouldn't be able to leave as she is now blocked in by people just parking in the street.

1606 – Caller reported someone rear ended his daughter's car in front of the residence.

1629 – Caller reported a deer “flopping around” in the ditch. It's unknown who struck the deer. At 1753, a deputy advised the deer was unable to be located.

1719 – Caller reported an unknown number of vehicles with hunters in them at the location. A description of the property they were possibly on was provided.

1807 – A public assist call was recorded. A deputy was out with a male, and it was later advised the male is just walking.

1848 – Caller reported black ice at the location on the two bridges and was wondering if someone could be contacted to put some sand down. MDOT was contacted.

1911 – A slide-off call was reported. It was reported by an officer there is some damage to the car from the fence. There is someone showing up to pull the vehicle out.

2201 – Reporting party advised she received a transfer 911 call from Spokane, Wash. It was the niece of the subject. The niece stated she was face timing her uncle but he didn't look well. His face was all swollen and she wants a welfare check on him. An officer was called out who advised they spoke with the subject and yes his face is swollen but his is fine. Th officer also advised his wife is there with him as well.

Thursday, Nov. 24

1248 – Reporting party called in on the 911 line to report that a female is harassing her and making threats toward her. She said she called in the other night as the other female was intoxicated and doing the same thing. Today she asked the other female to unlock the door so she could leave and she refused so the reporting party kicked the door and it opened. Now she was told she can't come back to the residence. An officer arrived and got he reporting party into her side of the building. He told her if she has anymore problems with the other individual to call. There are two sides to the residence.

Friday, Nov. 25

1049 – Reporting party called in stating there is someone shooting from the back of a pickup. He states they are on his land out there and there is no hunting on his land. It was descried there are at least two people with this vehicle but it's unsure how many are actually in it besides the driver and the guy standing in the back off it shooting.

1318 – Reporting party called in stating he just put down a deer. At the same time, a female also called in stating she heard gunshots about two blocks. The second caller was advised what occurred.

1431 – Reporting party called in stating they just saw a woman drop off two dogs on the side of the road. A description of the vehicle was provided. The caller is following the vehicle and doing about 100 MPH. A deputy was notified. Reporting party also wanted to know if the officer still wanted them to follow the vehicle. It was stated yes, so he can get a statement from her on the situation. A description of the dogs was provided. At 1449 a deputy advised an individual came across the dogs and stopped to give the dogs some chicken nuggets. She even had the text messages about her finding the dogs and they were hungry.

1636 – Caller reported someone told her there appears to be fresh deer at the dumps in the far left canister. Fish and Game was notified and was notified they dropped off several dead deer about 2 p.m.

2136 – A motor vehicle accident was reported. An officer advised after speaking with the involved parties, a more accurate location was provided.

2209 – Caller reported the entire guardrail across Porcupine Creek on Grain Road is torn off and the yellow marker sign is bent over. She doesn't see anyone in the creek bottom but did not have much of a light. A message was left for County Shop. At 0047, per a deputy, the guardrail is in River Bottom and there is no vehicle present. It looks like a plow of piece of equipment hit it as the posts and rail are all broken off.

2303 – Caller reported he wants someone removed from the house. He did not provide his name but said the location is where he calls for his daughter all the time. It sounded like the daughter was a ways away from the phone yelling for him to stop chocking her and he was saying for her to get away from him. At 2320, the reporting party was talked to again and it sounded like things settled down as there were no more yelling. He stated it was just the daughter, and she was out of control for a bit. She was in the background saying she just wanted a ride to her mom's house. At 2355, per deputy, it was a purely verbal incident. She claimed she was choking on something and refused medical.

Saturday, Nov 26

0028 – A public assist call was recorded. An officer helped the vehicle get unstuck and got them pushed into a parking space.

1611 – Caller stated there were two young men that were shooting deer on her property and they have no permission to be there. She states they stated they are Native and can shoot anywhere on the reservation they want. She then stated they can not shoot on her private property. The plate that was provided came back expired since 2021. The reporting party also stated the offenders claim to have shot from the County Road into the neighbor's yard but someone on the reporting party's property observed otherwise. At 1639, deputy spoke with tribal game warden who stated the natives can drive and shoot wherever on the reservation.

2243 – Caller reported his mother and her boyfriend are fighting. Per officer, a disorderly conduct citation was provided to the male and he was released.

Sunday, Nov. 27

1358 – Caller reported an attempted break in. She stated someone reported to Wolf Point's dispatch someone lurking around the building two nights ago. It looks as if someone tried to get through the window. The storm window ended up inside of the church. There are multiple valuables inside of the church that she was concerned about including a TV and TV sound system but nothing seems to have been touched.

1436 – Deputy advised of a deer that will be put on the south side of the highway. Glasgow MDOT was notified.

1655 – Reporting party asked when hunting season was over and she is hearing gunshots near her house and would like someone to check it out. At 1711, deputy advised he did not hear any gunshots.

1807 – Reporting party called and said she was on US Hwy 2 crossing the bridge just west of Wolf Point and a man jumped out at her vehicle. She swerved all the way over into the oncoming lane to avoid him. She asked that dispatch called Wolf Point dispatch and let them know as she is afraid he is going to cause a bad accident. RCSO dispatch was notified.

1822 – Reporting party called and wanted a man removed from her home. She said he was storming around and yelling, scaring the children and the other people in the home. There are no weapons involved. The suspect heard the reporting party on the phone and slammed out the door, taking off. At 1900, deputies advised they spoke with the reporting party and everything is okay. At 1932, reporting party called back and the suspect male has returned and is throwing chairs and dishes. Dispatch could hear him shouting in the background and the reporting party wants him removed. At 2014, deputy advised the parties have separated for the night.

1942 – Reporting said their dispatcher was on an open line and could hear a man and a woman arguing. A description of the general area was provided. They would like Valley County deputies to respond as soon as they're clear of the current call and will be sending tribal officers in the meantime. At 2019, deputy advised the tribal officer showed up at the previous call has already handled the call.

Monday, Nov. 28

1636 – Caller reported his sister broke down. She is on the shoulder on the highway but does not know her address because she is in the process of moving. He requested someone contact him when she is on the move again since he believes her phone may not have service in this area.

1801 – Caller reported he found a note that his neighbor left stating she backed into his vehicle. A description of his vehicle was provided.

2137 – Caller reported he broke down about 12 miles east of Saco on US 2. He didn't know if he was in Phillips or Valley County. He believes the radiator belt broke and the vehicle is in the ditch. He would like a wrecker to take the vehicle to Saco. At 2154, Phillips County SO said the tow company is on his way to the call.
