For the week of Sept. 12 through Sept. 18, there were 20 motor vehicle stops, one request for a VIN inspection, six reports of loose livestock and four reports of loose dogs.

For the week of Sept. 19 through 24, there were 15 motor vehicle stops, three requests for VIN inspections, six loose livestock, two barking dogs, one loose dog and one missing dog.

Thursday, Sept. 15

1422 – A male came in with a plate number of a vehicle that has been parked for over a year I the parking lot across the street that the Rundle Suites own. He wanted to get a hold fo the owner to have them move the vehicle or have it towed.

1745 – Caller reported a trailblazer that has been in the opposite lane several times. The caller stated a semi had to hit the brakes once to miss the car.

2235 – Caller reported there are about three individuals digging through the trash cans. One is a male who has a light on his head, the other two are unknown. A description of the vehicle that was in the alley was also provided.

Friday, Sept. 16

0604 – Reporting party stated someone hit the fence across from the home on the highway at the Fairgrounds. She stated it looked like he was having a seizure.

0653 – Female called in stating there is a big water break on Hillside Dr / Hurley Dr by the fire hydrant. She said the water is bubbling out of the street there and running down Hurley Dr onto Wedum Dr. She also stated the road on Hillside Dr is buckling and has large cracks in it. The city department was contacted.

1138 – A public assist call was reported. An officer advised they helped push the vehicle out of the roadway.

1141 – A parking violation call was reported. The officer advised the driver was making a phone call and will move the vehicle.

1831 – Deputy requested a tribal officer. Later RCSO called back and said a drug officer and tribal officer were en route and would be there about 15 minutes. Two females were taken into custody and were advised of their tribal rights.

1852 – Reporting party called and said the driver of a vehicle involved in a motor vehicle accident texted her and wanted her to find his car and told her he'd hit a fence at the fairgrounds. She said she drove all over the fairgrounds but couldn't locate the vehicle. She wants to know where it is or if it really did happen at the fairgrounds as she wasn't sure he was lucid and she felt he shouldn't have been texting her. AN officer was notified who advised to let the reporting party know where the vehicle is.

1939 – Deputy advised they are out with a blue pickup.

2143 – Hay was removed from the road.

2152 – Per officer, there is apparently a blue container in front of the post office and it looks like a gas can. The officer drove by and did not see it.

Saturday, Sept. 17

0150 – Per officer, MHP is attempting to stop a vehicle. They are at 10th St. N and 8th Ave N. MHP was overhead stating the person pulled into their garage. Later an officer stated it looked like an older lady who didn't know she was being stopped. MHP is inside talking to her.

1835 – Reporting party called stating she is west bound on US Highway 2 and is behing a truck with Wyoming plates .She states the individual driving appears to be falling asleep at the wheel as they have been all over the road. She is concerned they will cause an accident. At the time of the call the individual was just going through Nashua and they are willing to sign a statement if needed. Information was passed along. Later a deputy believed he found the vehicle and has only see the vehicle cross the fog line once. At 1853, deputy reported following the vehicle out to MM 533 and was unable to establish any driving behavior to be able to pull the car over.

2005 – Reporting party called in about a mini van driving about 40 MPH and is all over the road, westbound passing MM 553. She is willing to sign a complaint. A deputy was passed through to the caller and he just passed the vehicle, turned and is going to try to catch up. The car was stopped and the deputy spoke to an elderly woman who has no signs of impairment. She has a long drive to Havre. The deputy suggested she take a nap before going.

2045 – Reporting party stated a cat was hit and is still breathing in the alley behind a business. Per officer 15 minutes later the cat has been taken care of and the officer is on their way to the dump to dispose of it.

2211 – A public assist call was reported. People are hauling stuff and lost some boxes. All of them were picked up.

Sunday, Sept. 18

0209 – An officer performed a bar check. There are a lot of people out there.

Monday, Sept. 19

1533 – Caller reported a camper needs assistance backing out of the underpass. A minute later, the caller called back stating it looked as if the camper was cleared.

1725 – Roosevelt County Sheriff's Office stated that tribal security reported there is a residence with a door open. They are unsure if it is vacant and if there is any damage to the door. It was advised it appears to be an abandoned building.

2116 – A vehicle blocking traffic was reported. An officer will be assisting with directing traffic so the semi can back out.

Tuesday, Sept. 20

0350 – Officer advised he is removing debris from the street.

0716 – Caller reported a dead antelope in the westbound lane. MT DOT was notified.

0849 – A public nuisance all was reported. An officer requested a card.

1049 – Caller reported a yellow pickup truck with Missouri plates was swerving and crossed the center line. She provided the direction of travel for the vehicle. She is willing to sign a complaint. MHP and PCSO dispatch was notified. The vehicle was not located.

1251 – Reporting party called stating there is a guy in one of their rooms that is flipping out. The female is out of the room. The caller wants to male gone from the property.

1917 – Caller reported a speeding car that almost struck him when they were at a location. A description of the vehicle was provided and the vehicle had out-of-state plates.

Wednesday, Sept. 21

0804 – Caller reported a motor vehicle accident at the Irle School. She said she was leaving the drop off area but had to step on brakes as a child on a bike rode in front of her. She stated the person behind her hit the back end fo her vehicle. No one is injured but the other driver is upset. An officer advised there is minimal damage and the drivers will take care of this on their own.

Thursday, Sept. 22

0118 – Reporting party called and reported he heard some banging outside so he got up and dressed and went outside to check. Upon inspection, he said it appears someone attempted to break into his motorhome. He noticed there were fresh markings of the paint being chipped off at the bottom on the driver's side door. He would like whoever is on duty to call him.

1023 – Caller reported he is behind a pickup truck who is swerving. It has gone off the road a couple of times. A description of the vehicle and direction of travel was provided. At 1029, an officer advised everything is okay. They had a dog running around in the vehicle which is what caused the driving behavior.

1553 – Reporting party called the 911 line to report that a friend told him that a male is looking for him to beat him up. He would like to talk to an officer about this and get a protection order.

1932 – Caller reported she locked her keys and kids in the car. Officer was notified who provided the numbers for the locksmiths to the caller. Later it was advised there is a locksmith on the way.

Friday, Sept. 23

1229 – Reporting party called and said someone broke into the apartment above him through the window. He said he piked some stuff to stand on in front of his window to reach the window of the apartment above. He said the man does not live there. A description of the male was provided. At 1240, an officer advised he spoke with the person living at the address and she confirmed he was living there with her.

1231 – Reporting party advised someone hit the storage building behind Nemont Manor. He said the vehicle is no longer there and as far as he can tell did not leave any pieces behind. He stated the last time he saw it was not damaged was a week ago but he will ask the renter for a more narrowed down date and have that for the deputy. It was determined there was paint transfer and it appears to have been a tall vehicle. At 1314, maintenance for Nemont Manor reported a CAT Trucking out of Havre delivered flooring there last Wednesday and it's a pretty white truck.

1257 – Reporting party called to notify us they would be moving two oversized loads through Valley County via US Highway 2.

1423 – Reporting party wants to press charges against his ex-girlfriend because she broke into his phone and keeps messing with it. He says she has a warrant out of Spokane, Wash., for assault on him. The caller was passed up to an officer. The officer spoke with the reporting party and the cell phone was a civil matter. His other complaints he needed to contact his local jurisdiction to make a criminal report.

1639 – Reporting party called and said when she got home from work, she discovered someone had bene in her apartment. She said this is going on for awhile. She'd like an officer to come out. The party also said one night when she went to her son's house for dinner, when she came back she discovered her checkbook missing out of her bag, which she left at home.

1842 – Reporting party called and said he found a billfold or clutch purse in the middle of the road. He stated he knows who it belongs to. It was advised to bring the billfold into dispatch and they would contact her. At 1855, the individual was notified.

1953 – Caller hit a deer on Hwy 24 South by MM 44. There are no injuries and he already left the scene. He doesn't know if the deer is dead or off the highway. McCone County SO was notified.

Saturday, Sept. 24

1130 – Reporting party called to report someone throwing trash out at the Chapel. She stated that when she was told the man that he didn't have permission to be there he started packing up and left,driving around all over St. Marie. It was requested she stopped following him.

1929 – Caller reported they are leaving the Milk River van because it sprung a radiator leak. A description of the vehicle was provided and they will get it tomorrow.

2152 – Reporting party stated one of his bus drivers rolled into the back of a vehicle at the light somewhere between 1430 and 1500 this afternoon. The bus driver and the other driver got out, looked at her car, she rolled her eyes and took off from the scene. The bus driver did not get a license plate.
