Calendar of Upcoming Events in the Area

The Valley County Pioneer Museum hours are Wednesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Nemont Manor has activities scheduled throughout the month. If you would like a calendar, please contact 406-228-4306 or e-mail [email protected] and they will mail one to you. Events are also listed below.

Through the winter, people can coordinate with staff to visit weekdays at the Fort Peck Interpretive Center by prior appointment only. Call the Interpretive Center at 406-526-3493.

Thursday, Sept. 29

6 p.m. - Pioneer Museum bringing you area history. Join local residents in sharing stories from days gone by.

Friday, Sept. 30

1 p.m. - Cards and Cribbage at Nemont Manor – All are welcome.

6 p.m. - Darvin Henry’s Retirement Party at the Glasgow Elks Lodge

Saturday, Oct. 1

7 a.m. - 11 a.m. - Free pancake breakfast and all day sales and specials in celebration of Blend10's One Year Anniversary.

9 a.m. - 4 p.m. - Childbirth Preparation Class. Please register for class at least one week in advance. To register call 228-3522.

9:30 a.m. - Nemont Annual Meeting of members at the Valley Event Center. Registration is at 9:30 a.m. with the meeting starting at 10:30 a.m.

5 p.m. - The Middle of Nowhere Pony Club Fall Fundraiser at the Ridge Runners Saddle Club. Doors open at 5 p.m. with live and silent auctions as well as music by Chisholm Christensen.

Monday, Oct. 3

2 p.m. - Coffee and Pinochle at the Cottonwood.

Tuesday, Oct. 4

9 – 10:30 a.m. - Valley County Public Health Flu Vaccine Clinic at Fort Peck Town Hall

11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Valley County Public Health Flu Vaccine Clinic at Nashua Civic Center

12:30 p.m. - Tuesday Treats at Nemont Manor. Residents will make goodies for everyone who joins us.

7 p.m. - Northeastern Arts Network present Def-i at the Glasgow High School Auditorium.

Wednesday, Oct. 5

11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. - MDU Open House at 3 Lasar Drive.

Thursday, Oct. 6

Free Hearing Clinic at the Court St. Building, 334 W. Court Street, Glasgow. By appointment only by contacting 888-698-5480.

6 – 8 p.m. - Reimaging Rural session at the Cottonwood Inn and Suites.
