Scottie JV Football Blanks Wolves

Toryn Richards, in at quarterback, hands off the ball to Coy Nelson during the Scottie JV 48-0 win over the Wolf Point Wolves Sept. 19.

Glasgow's varsity and JV teams will play Cut Bank this weekend. The varsity kicks off Friday, Sept. 23 at 7 p.m. against the Wolves while the JV teams will meet at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 24. Glasgow leads the all-time series against Cut Bank 6-5.

Correction: Last week's story on Scottie football misidentified the leading rusher for Glasgow. Toryn Richards led the Scotties in rushing yards with 77 yards on 18 carries. The Courier attributed the yardage to Tatum Hansen by mistake. The Courier apologizes for the error.

The JV game against Cut Bank on Saturday is canceled.
