Serving Proudly As The Voice Of Valley County Since 1913

National School Choral Award

The Glasgow High School National School Choral Award is McKenna Strommen.

This is an award that is given to a 12th grade student that demonstrates singular merit, ability, and achievement, of outstanding contributions to the success of the school vocal program, and of an unusual degree of loyalty, cooperation, and high qualities of conduct.

It is given to a 12th grade student that has taken part in choir all four years of high school and has gone above and beyond to show excellence, leadership and dedication to the choir program.

McKenna has been in choir for the last seven years at Glasgow Schools and has participated in Fort Peck Summer Theatre. She has performed in many local talent shows and sang The National Anthem at numerous events around the Glasgow area. Her talent is truly out of this world and GHS is glad she has chosen to share it with us all these years. She is well deserving of this award and we look forward to seeing where life takes McKenna next in the performing world.

Congratulations McKenna and best of luck in your future endeavors!
