Allie Mae Russell, age 98, of Larslen, Mont., on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, started a journey for a joyous reunion in heaven with her parents, her two sons, nine siblings and many other family members and friends.

Allie was born Oct. 23, 1923, in Glasgow, Mont., the fifth child of 11 children, to Harry and Pansy Squires, of Baylor, Mont. She attended grade school at the Wild Rose School at Baylor and attended high school in Opheim and then St Thomas Convent in Great Falls, Mont. She went to college at Northern Montana at Havre, and taught grades one through eight in North Valley County for a few years. He says he's been paying ever since as he married the volunteer, Allie, on Feb. 14, 1985, in Glasgow. Over the years they have enjoyed traveling to Missouri, Louisiana, Texas, Arizona and Grand Canyon, Nevada's Lake Tahoe and Las Vegas, California, Austria, Czechoslovakia, Alaska, Australia and New Zealand.
