Celia Louisa Montoya passed away Feb. 28, 2022. She was born on June 15, 1961 at Naval Hospital in San Diego, Calif.

A memorial service will be at noon, Friday, March 18, at the Evangelical Church in Glasgow. Please wear bright colors.
