911 Calls for Dec. 13 through Dec. 15

Monday, Dec. 13

• 9:37 a.m. - Caller reported to [Fish Wildlife and Parks] about someone shooting across the road. They left and came back to pick up casings it is believed. This is concerning. The people are believed to be here hunting with a local outfitter, but the outfitter isn't reported as being with the individuals.

• 9:38 a.m. - FWP requested getting photos.

• 11:13 a.m. - Caller needs two trucks scheduled for vin inspections. He was told the officer was busy with another call out of town and i would have him contact him as soon as he could to set up a time. The caller was good with this and provided two cell numbers to contact him. He has the paper work needed. Will pass on to V21 when he clears another call or another officer becomes available.

• 11:56 a.m. - Gave V24 the information and contact numbers for this call

• 12:09 p.m. - V21 asked about FG0067 calling about this case to get information that was gathered. FG0068 came over the radio and made arrangements to contact V21 to gather more information.

• 2:24 p.m. - A male has called a couple of times wanting to talk to V21. He was told both times that the under sheriff was busy with another case and not available. He just wants to know what the reporting party is saying about guns being shot across the road.

• 2:25 p.m. - The caller was informed that this matter was being handled by [Fish Wildlife and Parks] and he should contact them.

• 3:50 p.m. - Passed on information to V21.

• 3:51 p.m. - Caller has a motorcycle for sale on facebook. Was contacted by a female interested in purchase. When trying to finalize the details, the reporting party states that is when it got weird. She started talking about having money sent, and when it cleared the arrangements being made for someone to pick up. He is calling to have this on record in case things change. She only gave her first name and she was from Montana, but visiting in Maryland with family until first of the year.

• 3:56 p.m. - Passed on the call information to Glasgow Police Department.

• 3:58 p.m. - V21 called and spoke to the caller.

Tuesday, Dec. 14

•03:46 a.m. - V27 reported that he hit a deer. The deer is dead, and he will drag it to the South side of the highway across from the fireworks stand. He thinks that is mm 543. He said his car is operational and found some plastic damage on the front of the vehicle. He is not hurt. He will be taking photographs of the damage.

• 04:44 a.m. - Notified dot of location of deer.

• 6:54 a.m. - Reporting party said he hit a deer. His car is not operational, as the front of his vehicle contacted the left side of the deer. He doesn't know where the deer went. The front end of the vehicle is pushed in, and the driver's door will not open. Reporting party says his car is off the road and not a hazard. Advised V21.

• 6:55 a.m. - Continuing: reporting party says he is fine, no injuries.

• 06:56 a.m. - Continuing: reporting party says he has no preference on the wrecker, just use the next rotational one.

• 7:49 a.m. - V21 advised the tow trick is on scene

• 8:17 a.m. - Caller reported a vehicle coming into Glasgow going about 55 mph without any plates. She stated they are about a mile west of Creature Feature Hill, they are coming into Glasgow. Notified G1 as V21 is still on the accident. V21 cleared the accident and advised this sounds like the vehicle being suspicious at Raider's Quick Stop. G1 followed the vehicle but was unable to get a good look at the plate. He stated the plate is a Wyoming demo dealer plate and there are a bunch of stickers in the window that are dealer type stickers. He isn't sure if this is the vehicle V21 is talking about or not. He said the vehicle was occupied one time by the male driver. If he sees the vehicle without the person in it he will try to get the vin.

• 9:05 a.m. - V21 advised two warnings issued, the driver will be out at that area for a while trying to get the tin plate the dealer had on the vehicle off.

• 9:15 a.m. - Caller reported a job trailer was broken into at the Wiota pump station and tools were stolen. He said everything was fine on Sunday night but the stuff was gone this morning. He said it is about $15,000 to $20,000 worth of tools gone. V24 checked on shift and was patched up with the caller.

• 10:44 a.m. - Caller reported the man who has been coming in and acting strange is back in the building. She said he bought some items and then went and sat at a back table in the store. He is now just staring at them and making them uncomfortable. She described him as wearing a dark outfit with a backpack and driving a black vehicle with no plates.

• 10:45 - Tried to reach V21 via phone, no answer. Notified V24 who is in Frazer but will respond. 1040 The female called back and advised some locals came in and sat down so the subject left. He headed east bound towards Glasgow. V24 notified.

• 12:02 p.m. - V24 - clear of the Quick Stop but hanging out in the area for the next hour or so

• 1:10 p.m. - V24 will be out with the subject from the suspicious persons call in Hinsdale.

• 1:11 p.m. - Vehicle is a Ford Ecosport. 1311 V24 advised he notified the subject that he has been trespassed from Raider's. Will call Raider's and let them know.

• 5:24 p.m. - The caller reported that there's a white 1 ton pickup pulling a stock chute without taillights. He wasn't able to see the plate number. The vehicle is headed eastbound by the old Zerbes. The caller will sign a complaint if needed.

• 5:25 p.m. - 24 Advised that he will take this call.

• 6:06 p.m. - 24-Out with a vehicle in the ditch.

• 6:09 p.m. - 1804 24 Advised that the subject slid into the ditch. No injuries.

Wednesday, Dec.15

• 11:25 a.m. - V24 advised this motorist was just checking his trailer

• 2:58 p.m. - A female called on 911 concerned about her daughter, who is pulled over on the side of the road at the above location. She was traveling to Valley County from Dickinson when she encountered a whiteout and was not able to see. There wasn't an mva and driver was not injured, but she is extremely upset and crying. The caller still has her daughter on facetime, and the daughter could be heard crying in the background. Notified McCone County who will send an officer for the driver to follow to Circle. Notified the caller who said a snow plow stopped, and had her daughter follow him to a snowplow turnoff. Updated McCone County.

• 4:47 p.m. - A male called in stating he has sold his vehicle and the plates went with the vehicle, he wants his name disassociated with this vehicle, he spoke with someone in the Treasurers Office and they told him to call dispatch, I patched him up with V21

• 7:54 p.m. - 1953 G5-updated location flips. (Red pick up truck)

• 9:07 - White pick up truck.
