A spray painter decided they wanted to add their undeserved mark to the mural along the Glasgow downtown underpass. A $100 reward is being offered for information leading to their apprehension by police.
It took months of hard work by volunteers to paint the mural along the Glasgow downtown underpass, and only minutes for a vandal to leave their grubby marks in the form of graffiti.
