More Books Needed at County Jail

Dear Editor,

I am writing you from Cell-Block-C in the Valley County Detention Center.

We read your paper every week regardless of where we're originally from. The facility here is very tolerable. Not only because of the air-conditioner in summer and heat in winter, but the people. The staff here treat us like human-beings and not animals.

The food is good, too.

One thing we all would like to see though is an expansion in the library department. I there a way to get some more books in our library?

Merriam-Webster's Dictionary?

A set of encyclopedias?

Biographies?

Maybe some more board games?
