Klind to Join UM Rodeo Team

Glasgow's Trevor Klind will be joining the UM Rodeo Team this fall when he begins his collegiate career. The rodeo star will be participating in calf roping and team roping.

"The coach there is really good and knows a lot," Klind told the Courier. "He will make me a better roper." The 2021 Glasgow High School graduate will take up heavy equipment operating as an educational focus while growing his rodeo skills extracurricularly.

Klind has been hitting the rodeo circuit locally this year, attending events in Opheim, Hinsdale and Glasgow so far. "I really like the people at rodeos," he said. "they are are really nice and funny."

Klind will be back in the rodeo ring this Saturday, July 10, at the Malta Rodeo, where events begin at 6 p.m.
