Serving Proudly As The Voice Of Valley County Since 1913

Robert James Phillips

Robert James Phillips passed away on January 14, 2021 in his home in Oak Harbor, Wash. after a two-year battle with pancreatic cancer. He was surrounded by his closest family and friends in his final days before his passing.
