Glasgow City Council President Rod Karst swears in Glasgow Police Department's newest patrol officer Norman Dick. Dick will begin his new position immediately training in the field before attending the Montana Law Enforcement Academy in Helena. Dick will bring GPD's total force to three officers, a sergeant, a misdemeanor probation officer, the assistant chief and chief of police.
