"We started off slow in this match losing the first set 13 to 25. We haven't played a tough match for almost two weeks when we played Froid/Lake on Oct. 9. Then when we finally got rolling we made some good plays. Fairview is a team that always plays good defense and they are good at getting you to make the mistake. We are happy with how our regular season ended and are looking forward to the postseason. We will prepare this week to get our timing between setters and hitters working like a well-oiled machine. The other item we are going to focus on will be serving and making sure we give ourselves the best chance to score points by serving tough but accurate and consistent."

"It was a long week and the girls played well for most of the games. We were finally able to win a game in our Bainville match and I think that gave the girls a little confidence they hadn't had yet. We are a young team and not everyone has confidence in their positions yet since it's a new sport to most of them. I believe with a little more experience, these girls will have a solid team and play at our peak more often. They have done so amazing with their growth and progress this year that little victories in a match are so important to focus on."

"We are excited to get another shot at Scobey in our play-in game because we really did compete well with them in our first game of the match. Alexa Reddig really shined in that game for us, she led the team in three different stats. As a freshman, I'm very proud to see her take on a bigger role in the game. I think the girls need to keep their focus, keep a positive mentality, and have the desire to compete and hopefully we can come out successful in this next game and make it to our district tournament."
