The 10U softball team had a busy weekend this past weekend both on home and away fields. Their first series of the weekend saw match-ups against Lewistown and Havre in Sidney on June 6, where the girls succumbed to Lewistown 15 to one, however was able to come back to secure a victory against Havre, 17 to 11.
The second day of game action saw the girls in a double-header against Havre on home field at Sullivan Field on June 7. The girls fell to Havre 24-14 in the first game but came back in the second game, winning eight to six.
The 12U softball team also traveled to Sidney on June 6, playing three games and brought home two victories.
The first game saw Lewistown challenge the girls, bringing home the victory 14 to Glasgow's three. The next two games against Sidney and Havre saw a different outcome however as Glasgow won both games in the double digits. During the Sidney game, Glasgow scored 15 runs, compared to Sidney's three, while the Havre game saw Glasgow scoring 13 runs compared to Havre's six.
The 10U and 12U girls will each play Lewistown and Havre in Lewistown on June 13.
