Franklin B. Powell, 87, of Glasgow, Mont., passed away Sunday, March 22, 2020, at Valley View Home, in Glasgow, surrounded by his family.

Visitation will be open to the public from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, May 4, at Bell Mortuary. Graveside services will be held following visitation at 2 p.m., at Highland Cemetery in Glasgow.

Due to COVID-19 we are asking that people respect social distancing at both venues.
