As of March 23, public access to the Valley County Courthouse will be limited to reduce the potential spread of the Covid-19 virus to our essential services employees and to the public. Members of the public who need to access services in the courthouse will call and make an appointment. Doors to the courthouse will be locked until further notice.

When making the appointment, the department will arrange the time and will have a staff person at the designated door to escort the member of the public into the building. To the greatest extent possible, the public is encouraged to conduct business online, by telephone, or by fax.
