Dolores Mae (Albert) Brown, 73, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 2, 2018, at Valley View Nursing Home in Glasgow, Mont., from complications of Alzheimer's disease. She was surrounded by her friends and daughter, Samantha.

She was born on July 18, 1944, in Williston, N.D., to Fred and Frances (Johnson) Albert. She moved to Glasgow when she was in the sixth-grade and graduated with honors from Glasgow High School in 1963. She married Gordon L. Brown on June 1, 1963. They have three children, Gordon II, Samantha and Cassia.

Dolores' first job was at the Dairy Queen in Glasgow, where she made 50 cents per hour. When Virginia went to live at Valley View Nursing Home, Dolores would drive up to visit her daily. Dolores was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in 2010 and soon realized herself that she should not drive anymore.

She loved her family very much and made sure everyone was always taken care of. She hosted many Christmases over the years and absolutely loved having the whole family together.
