Participants at the Fort Peck Sailing Club's yearly Regatta, which took place on Aug. 11, take a swim to escape the scorching heat. Pictured left to right: Graham, Elisa, Allison, and Gabe Sigmundstad. A lack of wind and high temps changed the plan for the morning race, and many of the boats that showed up to race decided to float and swim instead. Winds did pick up in the afternoon and for those who stuck around a liesurely sail became a good conclusion to the day.
