Agency On Aging Hosts Presentation on Medicare

Area I Agency on Aging, in conjunction with the Valley County Senior Center, is sponsoring an informative presentation exploring the many questions that arise in navigating the “ins” and “outs” of Medicare. The program, entitled Medicare 101, will be held on Thursday evening, June 21, at 7 p.m., at the Valley County Senior Center, 328 4th St South, Glasgow.

This presentation is specifically designed for those who will be newly eligible for Medicare: either people who are soon to be age 65 or those who are younger but disabled and who will be eligible for Medicare in the future.

The presentation explains the coverage Medicare offers and also will explain other Medicare products such as Medicare D, Medicare Supplemental insurances, Medicare Savings Programs and Medicare Fraud.
