THURSDAY – APRIL 12

9 a.m. - Noon – ServSafe Class in the Community Room of the Valley County Courthouse. Call the Valley County Extension Office at 228-6241 for more info., and to pre-register.

9:30 a.m. - The Nashua Community is invited to the Ladies’ Coffee Hour every Thursday at the Nashua Senior Center.

1:30 – 5 p.m. - BLM Scoping Meeting at the Cottonwood Inn in Glasgow.

FRIDAY – APRIL 13

Hunter Education Course put on by Montana FWP. Register online at fwp.mt.gov/education/hunter. For questions, contact the FWP office at 228-3700.

12 noon – Nashua Senior Citizens meet at Nashua Senior Center. A potluck meal will precede the meeting.

5 p.m. - Sunnyside’s Annual Meeting. Social starts at 5 p.m., with business meeting to follow at 6:30 p.m.

SATURDAY – APRIL 14

9 – 11 a.m. - Free Compost Workshop at Patti Armbrister’s garden, 231 Ohio St., Hinsdale. In case of bad weather, the workshop will be held inside the Hinsdale School. For more info., call the Conservation District at 228-4321, ext. 101.

SUNDAY – APRIL 15

10 a.m. - Episcopal Worship Service at 2 Lakeview Drive, St. Marie. Questions, call Alice Hawkins at 524-3397.

12 – 2 p.m. - Pork Loin Dinner with dessert at Nashua Senior Citizen Center.

1-3 p.m. - Roller Skating, sponsored by the Nashua Lions Club, at the Nashua Civic Center every Sunday.

2 p.m. - Pinochle every 1st and 3rd Sunday at the Glasgow Senior Center. Everyone welcome.

MONDAY – APRIL 16

10 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Free Early Childhood Screening at the Hinsdale School. Call Gwen at 364-2314 for appointment.

5 p.m. - Regular Opheim School Board meeting in the Home Ec. Room at OHS.

7 p.m. - Ladies’ Pinochle Club meets at the Elk’s Club. All ladies are welcome. The club meets every third Monday of the month.

TUESDAY – APRIL 17

Noon – 1 p.m. - Valley County Mental Health Local Advisory Council Meeting at FMDH Telemed Room.

Noon – The Fort Peck Senior Citizens quarterly meeting and potluck at the large shelter house.

Noon – 4 p.m. - Valley County Food Bank serving Valley County residents is open the third Tuesday of each month. For more info., contact Nancy Bowman at 263-1253.

7 p.m. - Fire Board meeting at St. Marie Town Hall.

WEDNESDAY – APRIL 18

1 – 4 p.m. - Veteran Affairs Officers will be in Glasgow at the VA Clinic If bad weather exists on days of travel, stay tuned to the local radio stations for updated information.

THURSDAY – APRIL 19

9:30 a.m. - The Nashua Community is invited to the Ladies’ Coffee Hour every Thursday at the Nashua Senior Center.

5 – 8 p.m. - St. Raphael’s Annual Spring Rummage Sale.

FRIDAY – APRIL 20

9 a.m. - 5 p.m. - St. Raphael’s Annual Spring Rummage Sale.

6 p.m. - Doo-Wop Dance at Prairie Ridge with special musical appearances by Krystal Dickerson, Joyce Holter-Miller, Linda Eldridge, Colleen Thompson, Lisa Garsjo-Thieven, The Watterud Girls and The Classics. Call 228-2208 for more info.
