WEDNESDAY – MARCH 14

1 p.m. - Valley County Conservation Dist. monthly Board Meeting at USDA Service Center. Meeting is open to the public.

1 p.m. - Foot care the second Wednesday of the month at Nashua Senior Center. Sign up by calling the center, 746-3370, or Shirley Ersland, 746-3384.

1-4 p.m. - Veteran Service Officers at Glasgow VA Clinic. The officers will visit nursing homes and assisted living centers by appointment only at 406-265-4225. They will also be at the Malta City Hall in Malta March 15 from 9:30-11:30 a.m.

5 p.m. - The regular meeting of the Opheim School Board in the OHS Home Ec. Room.

7 p.m. - The American Legion Women’s Auxiliary Post 41 regular meeting at the VFW, and will celebrate the 98th birthday of the American Legion with cake and coffee after the meeting.

THURSDAY – MARCH 15

Deadline to apply for 2018 noninsurable crop coverage (NAP) for all 2018 spring seeded crops.

8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - JSEC will host a Spring Employment Seminar on Ag Safety and Estate Planning Concepts at the Cottonwood Inn, Glasgow. For more info. or a registration form, contact Chair Stacey Amundson at 406-228-2476, Ext. 1, or by emailing jsecglasgow@outlook.com. $40 cost per individual. Lunch to follow. Included in registration.

9:30 a.m. - The Nashua Community is invited to the Ladies’ Coffee Hour every Thursday at the Nashua Senior Center.

6 p.m. - Vote Yes Valley View Home Meeting at Valley View Home in Glasgow.

FRIDAY – MARCH 16

5:30-730 p.m. - “Kids Night Out” at the Children’s Museum. This fun, St. Patrick’s-themed event is for kids 5 years old and older. Your child will enjoy a night of fun crafts, games and dinner! To RSVP, call 228-4386 or message the Children’s Museum on Facebook.

SATURDAY, MARCH 17

9 a.m. - Slam The Dam 4: Run with the Wind in Fort Peck.

6:30 P.M. - Chinese Auction sponsored by the Fort Peck Fine Arts Council at the Cottonwood Inn.

SUNDAY – MARCH 18

2 p.m. - Pinochle every 1st and 3rd Sunday at the Glasgow Senior Center. Everyone welcome.

10 a.m. - Episcopal Worship Service at 2 Lakeview Drive, St. Marie. Questions, call Alice Hawkins at 524-3397.

1-3 p.m. - Roller Skating, sponsored by the Nashua Lions Club, will begin at the Nashua Civic Center every Sunday.

7 – 10 p.m. - Bingo at the Valley County Senior Citizens. Everyone over the age of 18 is welcome.

MONDAY – MARCH 19

10 a.m. - St. Mary Working Group meets at Havre City Hall. http://www.dnrc.mt.gov/divisionwater.

6:30 p.m. - Vote Yes Valley View Home Meeting at Opheim Community Church.

7 p.m. - Ladies’ Pinochle Club meets at the Elk’s Club. All ladies are welcome. The club meets every third Monday of the month.

TUESDAY – MARCH 20

Noon - The Fort Peck Senior Citizens’ monthly potluck at the Fish Hatchery.

7 p.m. - Women’s Bible Study held on Tuesdays at 195 Cedar Circle in Saint Marie. Questions, call Sherry Childers at 524-7368.

WEDNESDAY – MARCH 21

1 p.m. - Saline Seep Workshop by Scott Brown of MT Salinity Control Assoc., at Valley County Pioneer Museum. Workshop is free and open to the public.

THURSDAY – MARCH 22

9:30 a.m. - The Nashua Community is invited to the Ladies’ Coffee Hour every Thursday at the Nashua Senior Center.

5:30-6:30 p.m. - Zoo Montana’s Jeff Ewelt is bringing a select number of zoo animals for a show and tell at the Children’s Museum of Northeast Montana!
