Effective Feb. 1, the Valley County Pioneer Museum will be open Tuesday – Friday; 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. through April 30.

THURSDAY – FEB. 08

9:30 a.m. - The Nashua Community is invited to the Ladies’ Coffee Hour every Thursday at the Nashua Senior Center.

3 p.m. - Valley County Transit Board meeting at the Valley County Transit Office. Use the back door/east entrance.

4 p.m. - Vote Yes Valley View Home Meeting at Lustre Christian High School.

6:30 p.m. - Vote Yes Valley View Home Meeting at American Legion Hall in Hinsdale.

FRIDAY – FEB. 09

12 noon - The Nashua Senior Citizen Assoc. meets at the Nashua Senior Center. A potluck meal will precede the meeting.

5:30 – 7:30 p.m. - Art Mobile of Montana returns to Glasgow. The program includes presentation of the displayed artwork, a discussion and lecture of the art, and a hands-on art lesson. If interested, contact Mary Fahlgren, 230-0148 or [email protected]

7 p.m. - Fort Peck Summer Theatre reading theatre production of The Duck Variations at the Pioneer Museum. Tickets are $15, with beverages available to purchase. Tickets are available at the Fort Peck Fine Arts office by calling 406-228-9216.

SATURDAY – FEB. 10

10 a.m. - 4 p.m. - 20th Annual Ice Fishing Derby at the fishing access site at Dredge Cuts Trout Pond. Registration will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with fishing starting at noon. Cash and prizes will be awarded at 4 p.m. at the Gateway. For more info., call the Glasgow Chamber at 406-228-2222.

10 a.m. - 1 p.m.- Silk Painting Class, taught by Malta High School Art teacher Anna LaBrie, held at the Wheatgrass Arts and Gallery classroom. To register or for more info., contact Mary Fahlgren at 230-0148.

1 – 6 p.m. - American Red Cross Blood Drive at the Opheim Ambulance Barn. Remember to bring your ID, drink plenty of water prior to your donation and do the “rapid-pass” that morning.

11 a.m. - 2 p.m. - St. Raphael’s Annual Mardi Gras Carnival at St. Raphael’s Church in Glasgow.

11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. - Valentine’s Day Dinner hosted by the Opheim BPA in the school lunchroom. Call reservations to the school at 763-3213.

11:30 a.m. - Fort Peck Summer Theatre Auditions for the 2018 productions of Cabaret, Leader of the Pack and Disney’s The Little Mermaid at the Glasgow High School. Come prepared with a one-minute monologue and a song. For more info, call 228-9216.

12:30 – 2 p.m. - Lutefisk and Turkey Dinner at the Hinsdale Lutheran Church. $15 per plate for adults, $10 per plate for grades K-6.

1-3 p.m. - Roller Skating Valentine’s Day Party, sponsored by the Lucky Clover 4-H and the Nashua Lions Club, Prizes, treats and drinks will be provided. Everyone is welcome.

Noon – Valley County Business Incentive Meeting at the Chamber/Two Rivers Office.

4:30-6:30 p.m. - Indian Taco Supper at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Nashua. (Suppers served every second Monday through April). Take-outs available.

6 p.m. - Vote Yes Valley View Home Meeting at Valley View Home in Glasgow.

TUESDAY – FEB. 13

8:30 a.m. - 2018 MonDak Pulse Day, sponsored by MSU Extension and NDSU Extension at the Elks Club in Wolf Point. Registration is $20 per person.

6 p.m. - Nashua School Board Meeting in the Nashua School library.

WEDNESDAY – FEB. 14
