Thanks for Putting Out That Fire

Letter to the Editor

Thanks for Putting Out That Fire

The residents of Nemont Manor wish to express their sincerest, heartfelt and grateful thanks to those who helped and assisted us during our fire emergency on Dec. 1. This goes also to those who came to the aid of their friends, neighbors and relatives.

In appreciation, we would like to thank the Glasgow Fire Department, the neighboringf fire emergency communities, the emergency medical teams, the Glasgow Police Department, Valley County Transit, Glasgow Public School District, Milk River Community Center, Albertsons Market, Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital, Prairie Ridge Village, as well as The Manor’s administrative, maintenance, housekeeping, kitchen and dining room staff. You came forward to us with efficiency and support when we met you with disorientation and alarm.

The efficiency and calm with which you met our crisis resulted in a warmth of continued connection from us to you.

We would also like to thank all those involved with the subsequent clean up and restoration process. This has been a comfort through all the unrest and chaos.

Residents Association, by resolution, Wednesday, 6 December 2017.

- James F. Rickley, chair
